About Lady Lore

Lady Lore is a space for women to come back to themselves through Women’s Circles, Blueprint for Being readings, and 1:1 Lore Journeys. Whether in community or in deeper personal work, it’s about understanding who you are beneath the noise and finding your way back to what feels real and aligned.

Lady Lore is created and held by Sarah, a women’s circle facilitator who creates each Blueprint for Being reading and guides the 1:1 Lore Journeys. Her work is multifaceted, weaving together astrology, Human Design, counselling, and creative expression through art to offer a more holistic way of understanding yourself and reconnecting with what’s true for you.

At its core, Lady Lore is also about reclaiming our stories, drawing on the lore of women, the wisdom carried through generations, and bringing it into the present. It’s a remembering of what has always been there, and a space to honour where you come from while shaping what comes next.
